One of the most unique white teas we have ever tasted at WUJI TEA CO., this Qin Xin varietal, Aged Taiwanese White Tea is incredibly complex in regard to its velvety texture, and deep sweet/ fruity, yet balanced, aroma and essence, as well as incredible longevity. This tea is akin to being absorbed in a cloud forged from naturally occurring cotton candy. This tea is produced by a small family farm outside of Taipei, Taiwan, by a tea master of many generations in Taiwan— the plucking’s are delicately hand picked, and produced in very small batches, to ensure the ultimate experience and quality. It is hard to find a Qin Xin cultivar that is not overwhelmingly sweet, so we are beyond proud to be offering a smoother introduction— this is made possible by the withering process, and aging process, the tea has undergone. It is a fantastic morning and spring tea, as it has moderate to high levels of caffeine, but is incredibly soft in the way in which it enters the body and system.
