
This tea is quite possibly our favorite raw Pu Erh we’ve ever tried at The Space Between Black and White. Incredibly smooth, and sweet, with light medicinal notes— if no one told you, you’d think you were drinking a nicely aged Shou puerh. The smoothness of our Eternal Slumber Raw, is what post processing fermentation with Shou puerh was invented to mimick in a shorter time frame— mimicking a sweet walk through the forest on an autumn day.
Brewing Instructions:
Water Temp: 200-212F
Amount: 4-7g tea, 140-200ml Pot
Steeping Time:
(Rinse Tea)
1st Infusion: 10-12 seconds.
2nd Infusion: 12-16 seconds
3rd Infusion: 14-22 seconds
4th Infusion: 20-30 seconds
5th Infusion: 30+ seconds (add 20 or more seconds of any subsequent infusions after 5)
