This is a wonderfully complex and soothing tea, with a robust body and smooth finish. Grown in the high mountain range of Meishan in Taiwan, this tea is looked over with love from start to finish— hand picked, and hand roasted over charcoal in small batches. This specific tea was harvested in October, 2019, allowed to rest to balance flavor, and then roasted over charcoal to create its essence in April of 2020. The charcoal roast gives the tea a nice complexity, without overpowering the creamy and floral essence of the Jin Xuan (golden lily) cultivar.

Amount: 4-7g tea, 140-200ml Pot
(Fill teapot with water for 3 seconds, and dispose of water to rinse leaves)
1st Infusion: 10-12 seconds.
2nd Infusion: 12-16 seconds
3rd Infusion: 14-22 seconds
4th Infusion: 20-30 seconds
5th Infusion: 30+ seconds (add 20 or more seconds of any subsequent infusions after 5)
