Peachy and aromatic high mountain oolong from the beautiful Fenghuang region in China, renowned for its high altitude teas over 1000 meters. This tea has great longevity and will go for many many steepings with lasting sweetness. Ours was picked in early Spring of 2020 making it as fresh as it gets for dancong oolong at the time.
Water Temp: 180-195F
Amount: 4-7g tea, 140-200ml Pot
(Fill teapot with water for 3 seconds, and dispose of water to rinse leaves)
1st Infusion: 10-12 seconds.
2nd Infusion: 12-16 seconds
3rd Infusion: 14-22 seconds
4th Infusion: 20-30 seconds
5th Infusion: 30+ seconds (add 20 or more seconds of any subsequent infusions after 5)
