Black Tea

Black Tea is the form of Camellia Sinensis that is carefully picked, and then hand withered to release the enzymes, which act as a catalyst  for oxidizing the leaf— and ultimately turning it black. This, combined with beautiful terroir, and skillful roasting processes, results in sweet, deep, malty aromas that last many brews, and are high in caffeine. Our teas are all hand picked, free of any agrochemicals and or pesticides, and processed by Tea Masters in their original and historically accurate cultivar locations.
