White Tea

White Tea is the form of Camellia Sinensis is the least oxidized out of any of the oxidized tea categories, generally between 5-15%. After carefully picking the leaves, they are withered very slightly, generally in the sun, then roasted to kill the enzymes in the leaf and stop oxidation, resulting in a product with small white furs— thus white tea. This results in a beautifully smooth, and sweet tasting product, packed with antioxidants, as well as energy. Our teas are all hand picked, free of any agrochemicals and or pesticides, and processed by Tea Masters in their original and historically accurate cultivar locations.
