2023 Spring Dancong Oolong Tea
Dancong Oolong is cultivated from the Phoenix Mt. Range in Southern China. Our Dancong comes from a small family - who have been hand-picking, and hand-crafting their dancong oolong for generations.
This dancong oolong brings a refreshing floral aroma. The broth is silky with a bright and lively mouthfeel - floral, vegetal, and minerality all in competition. The finish is crisp, yet leaves a delicate, lasting aftertaste.

Gongfu (Eastern Style Brewing):
Water Temp: 206-208F
Amount: 7-8g tea, 140-200ml Pot
1st Infusion: 3-4 seconds.
2nd Infusion: 3-4 seconds.
3rd Infusion: 4-6 seconds.
4th Infusion: 6-8 seconds.
5th Infusion: 10 seconds (add 5-10 additional seconds for any subsequent infusions after the 5th).
This tea will brew for quite awhile!
Western Style Brewing:
Use 5 for every 0.5 liters of water. Fill teapot or brewing device with water that's between 208-212F and steep for 2 minutes.
