This white tea, or "Bai Cha" of the Shui Xian cultivar, is a special tea crafted by the family-owned farm where we source our Dancong Oolong. This tea is minimally processed - it is not roasted, or rolled, and the large, beautiful leaves are immediately left out to dry. Boasting a honey-yellow liquor, tea is forward with honey-orchid flavors. Light, refreshing, and sweet, this tea is quickly becoming a fan favorite.

Brewing Instructions:
Gongfu (Eastern Style Brewing):
Water Temp: 206-212F
Amount: 4-5g tea, 140-200ml Pot
Steeping Time:
1st Infusion: 3-4 seconds.
2nd Infusion: 4-6 seconds.
3rd Infusion: 4-6 seconds.
4th Infusion: 6-10 seconds.
5th Infusion: 10 seconds (add 10-15 additional seconds for any subsequent infusions after the 5th).
Western Style Brewing:
Use 4-5g for every 0.5 liters of water (~2 cups). Fill teapot or brewing device with water that's at or around boiling (212F) and steep for 2-3 minutes.
